James has over 20 years of experience in baseball. Starting when he was 3, James was able to excel through little league, high school, and college baseball.

 

James played 4 years of college baseball at the junior college and Division 2 levels. In 2022 as a senior, James posted a .341 batting average with 53 RBI and 7 HR. James was honored to be 1 of 29 HBCU baseball players to be named to the Black College Nine’s Elite list.

 

James is the Owner of Nashville Performance Institute in Nolensville, TN.

Paul played two years of junior college baseball at Meridian Community College and one year at Alabama before being drafted by the Kansas City Royals in 1998.

 

Paul played 15 years of professional baseball with the Kansas City Royals, Chicago White Sox, Colorado Rockies, Cleveland Indians, Milwaukee Brewers, and Toronto Blue Jays organizations, including playing in the Major Leagues with the Royals, White Sox, and Rockies over 7 seasons.

 

Paul also coached Division 1 college baseball and coached at the professional level as a Triple-A hitting coach and as a catching coordinator.

Les is a former professional left-handed pitcher from Muskogee, Oklahoma. After graduating from Union High School in Tulsa, Les attended the University of Kansas before starting his professional playing career. Les played for the Kansas City Royals, Chicago Cubs, and Philadelphia Phillies. after his last season in 2012, les became a professional scout for the Boston Red Sox and the Los Angeles Dodgers.

 

Les is currently a pitching coach for Nashville Performance Institute, Game Day scout and coach, and Team USA scout and coach.
